CD KEY

When it askes for my CD Key it asks for the 25 character
key. I only have a 20 character key. What do I do to make
it work?

What you call "a 20 character key" is the product ID and is generated after
an installation.

The "key" is 25 characters and available on the CD jacket.

It is a decent way to keep pirates (thieves) at bay.
