2007 Beta, and I don't have any Corel apps installed.
Here's more history. I installed Office Pro 2007 beta, then decided to
remove it. I also accdidently removed Project Pro 2007, then attempted to
reinstall it. That's when I got the error message. I've tried
reinstalling
Office Pro 2007 but that won't reinstall either. Also, I tried
uninstalling
and reinstalling Project Pro. Control Panel says it's still there, but
when
I attempt to remove it a 2nd time I get a message telling me the
installation
is corrupt and I need to reinstall it. Looks like some registry entries
are
corrupted, but I can't restore to an earlier checkpoint either. Is there a
removal tool or something to clean up the registry so I can start over?
The good news is Office 2003 still works just fine.
:
Nothing sowed up in Google but a .cdr file is a Corel Draw file. It's
getting hung up on a filter file. I would think that Office would still be
able to install without it but apparently not.
Which version of Office are you trying to install?

Excipt for my typo "erro" rather than "error", and the possibllity of
imbedded spaces not exactly as it appeard, yes this is what it said.
:
Is that last part exactly what it says?

Good point. I reran the installation and got the following error:
Error 2711. An internal erro had occurred. (GraphicsFilterCDRFiles
DLL_1033)
:
Not without knowing what that error message says.

I sucessfully installed and then uninstalled Office, but could not
reinstall
it. I get an error whichh I believe says something about CDR GDI1
1033
(wish
I had written it down). I've tried the installation several
times,
and
I
get
the error each time. Any ideas?
