Cell contents freezes

Hi
I have a massive workbook with 200+ worksheets. They all do various analysis
from a data entry sheet. When I modify a sheet I use a dummy set of data in
the data entry sheet to check evrything is working.Only problem is that when
I eventually delete the dummy data, some worksheets still contain the linked
data! even though the reference is set back to zero. the only way I can
correct this is to re-enter the function with the link and then it recognises
the deleted empty cell and resets itself OK. Any ideas why this might be or
how I can solve it across the whole workbook?

Calc the workbook (F9)? Or if that doesn't do it, Ctrl-Alt-F9.
