Can you make a picture pop up when a particular cell is selected like a
"comment" box does when you have the cell programed with a comment?

Hi Lee,

I think the easiest way is to insert a comment then format the
comment's fill to be the picture.

After inserting the comment, click on its border to select it then go
Format>Format Comment>select the "Colors and Lines" tab>select "Fill
Effects" from the Fill Color drop down list> select the "Picture" tab >
click on the "Select Picture..." button > select the picture file >
click "Insert" > click "OK"
