Cell Shading Color

I am running Excel 2003 in Win XP Pro SP2

I would like to set up cells so the fill color:

= pale blue when the entered value is => 110
= no fill if =< 109

Is this possible? if so, how do I do it?

Conditional formatting. Format>Conditional Formatting and set the tests
accordingly.
