How do I add more colors to the cell shading pallet in Excel? I know
how to in Word but the same options are not available in Excel. OR,
if someone knows how to print without the cells being shaded at all
and without manually have to turn all the shading off would be great
to know.

XL can only use 56 colors at a time - if you change a color,
everything that color on the worksheet will change too. You can
modify the colors for a particular workbook by using
Preferences/Colors.
