Cells Stay Blank

I can not input any data in Excel 2003
I can see the cursor, However I can not type anything in the cells

You say you can't see anything in the cells.
Can you in the formulabar ?

If so : Is it possible that your foregroundcolor (Fontcolor) is equal to the
background color (Fill color).
