cells turning blue

I cannot enter any info into my worksheets. All the
cells turn blue like I'm marking them. Can't figure out
how to turn them off. HELP!!

Try pressing the F-8 key ONE time, to see if that clears it.......it's a
toggle for the feature.....

Sorry, View, Full Screen to turn it on, then View, Full
Screen to shut it off.
