cellXfs & cellStyleXfs

Hi;

How do these relate to each other and to the cell's using their formatting?
For example, a spreadsheet I created has:

<cellStyleXfs count="1">
<xf numFmtId="0" fontId="0" fillId="0" borderId="0"/>
</cellStyleXfs>
<cellXfs count="3">
<xf numFmtId="0" fontId="0" fillId="0" borderId="0" xfId="0"/>
<xf numFmtId="164" fontId="0" fillId="0" borderId="0" xfId="0"
applyNumberFormat="1"/>
<xf numFmtId="0" fontId="0" fillId="2" borderId="0" xfId="0"
applyNumberFormat="1" applyFill="1"/>
</cellXfs>

Hello Dave,

cellStyleXfs defines the formatting for all named cell styles in this
workbook. That is to say, the named and used styles could be referenced
here.
cellXfs defines the formatting that is applied to cells in this workbook.
That is to say, you could customize your own style without name, and save
them in cellXfs. When you format a cell in Excel 2007 directly, the
corresponding format will also be save in this section by default.

For more detailed information about cellStyleXfs and cellXfs, please refer
to Section 3.8.9 and 3.8.10 of Office Open XML Part4 -Markup Language
Reference.pdf.

Sincerely,
