Center page in browser and width settings

Hi there

Is there a way to center your page in a web browser (preferably cross
platform) also id there a way to limit the size of your work area in FP2003,
ie say i want to work on a page of say maz 750pixels width, is there a way to
stop you going over that in FP2003 :-D

I was thinking more of centeringt the whole page in the browser window, so
that no matter how wide the page stays in the center of the browser
