centering images in table cell

I have a label template. I want to center my images vertically and
horizontally in each cell so I will have a small white margin on each
side..but when I try to set cell margins my image either cuts off or slides
around... any suggestions...

Make sure the image is "Inline with text", then it will react as a regular
character...
