Centering text in paragraph

Is there way that anybody knows of (in any version of
Word) to have an entire paragragh justified, but have the
bottom line only centered.

The distributed fomat in Word XP comes close, but it only
sperads out the text to fill inthe line. I want the last
line truly centered. (as in the sample below)

Set a center-aligned tab stop at the center of the paragraph line. Insert a
line break (Shift+Enter) at the end of the next-to-last line and a tab
character before the last line.
