Centering web page

I have just read several post on centering web page,.because mine are also
left justified. I tried changing the page layout and it looks centered when I
do web page preview, but I am scared that when I actually publish the pages
they are going to be too large to be viewed without scrolling over(I don't
want that). I am uing the page size of 1201.4 X 1702.4. Does anyone know if
that is too large?
Thank you so much for all the help!!!!

It will be unless the view port is set at 1200 pixels or wider. I would
suggest that 984 pixels wide is the widest you should use as that is the
widest template offered by MSFT. My 19" is set to 1152 X 864 so even if I
viewed your site at full screen it would still require scrolling. And I
never
use the entire 1152 to view a web page...so yes, you pages are too wide in
my opinion.

There is nothing wrong with left justified pages or having some extra
padding on the right. I would much rather have that than be forced to scroll
horizontally to read a page.

Read the directions for dynamically centering the page that Don gave a
couple message down. If his directions aren't clear I can provide more
details.

Thank you DavidF, your are great!!!! I am just rying to make my web page fill
the screen and not look as if it is all packed into the left side with altot
of the page empty. I saw the reply that Don posted, but I was not sure where
to find the correct coding.
Thank you again,
Katper
