Central location for animated siganture code in Outlook 2000

Hi

I've put together some code to generate an animated e-mail which we'd
like to use company wide.
I've tested it by mapping to an HTML document which contains the code
on my local machine.

How can I get all client PCs to point to the coded signature and force
it as a footer on all outbound compnay e-mail?

Edit the signature in a HTML editor so you can easily point it to a location
of a webserver.
