I want to archive my older emails, yet have instant access to them from the
left Personal Folders pane. I have tried to use the archive feature, but
certain emails (more located in the Inbox that in the Sent folder) will not
archive even though the "do not archive" box is UNCHECKED.
Are there any solutions to this.
Also, I am creating one very large archive file by proceeding this way.
Would it be better to divide the emails into smaller files, say by dates? If
so, whats the best way to do that while retaining instant access to those
archived emails from the left side pane (what is that left side pane called
anyway?)
