CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY???????

hello!i have just downloaded microsoft office xp and everuthing is ok with the installation.the problem is that i can't run any of the applications because there is a product key that i can't find.it says i can find the code in my certificate of authenticity but i don't what this certificate is and where can i find it.if someone is able please help me:)
