I am trying to create a simple certificate with a border. I looked thru the
online clipart and saw some individual graphics. Is there an easy way to
make that into a border?
I also saw a couple of templates in the online template library that would
work, but I couldnt edit parts of the template... i.e., I only wanted to use
their border but couldnt delete some of the existing text in the template to
add my own.
