Certification txt attachment on incoming email

How do I get rid of the certification txt attachment which is showing on
every email I get? I can no longer tell the difference between emails with
attachments and those that don't.

One of two situatios apply. The first is that your senders are adding
that certification and there's nothing you can do about that other than
to ask them to stop. The second is that you have configured your
antivirus program to add that certification. If this is the case, read
your AV programs documentation turn it off. Better yet, uninstall your
AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature.
