Hey...
I have a report that genterates Meal Uptake for each school. The
Financial Year Runs April to March, but the school year runs August to
July. The Uptake of meals is based round the no. pupils in the school,
the no pupils changes each August. There for changes once from April to
March. I have the No Pupils stored in a table so that the user does not
need to enter them every week when they are entering in weekly data.
When I change the No Pupils in August this affects the results from
April to August. Is there anyway round this???
Would it be possible to add another column in my School table for the
No. Pupils from August to March and have 2 No. Pupils fields.. and set
up some criteria on report that says from 1st April to 31st July use
values from No Pupils (Column 1) and from 1st August to 31st March use
values from No Pupils (Column 2)...
any ideas??
