Chalender on Web Access and Office 2K3

I can use Outlook web access to see my emails and task/chalanders as outlook.
Web Access Exchange Server 2003 is personalized (for user) means,
Exchange server in Company Europe (+1 GMT). I live in other Plant that it is
(+2 GMT) as webaccess settings as well.
I also can see Exchange Server Outlook via VPN, and remote destop. But it
works with +1H server time and My user rights on that Server is not able to
change Time/locations... etc.

If I issue a New Chalander Item on webaccess all day, it appairs in outlook
differant time starts.. and so on.
Is there a way to see on same hours for start/stop of chalander Items on
both still?
Or have I to use Web Access Settings with +1 GMT Setting same as server.
Than also email timestamps will be differant...
