ChalkTalk: Where to obtain it?

There is a real handy little utility called ChalkTalk that runs in a floating
window and allows a person doing a presentation to draw redlines
on top of content displayed in other windows. I am looking for it.

Can somebody help me out here or perhaps refer to an app with
similar functionality?

How about right clicking anywhere on the running slide show and selecting
pen?

Why not use the transparent background add-in and keep the show running with
the other stuff behind it?

I'll try that. Where is the transparent background add-in obtained?

Want to hear something insane?
While searching MSDN for another app I get a 'sorry but try this stuff out'
page and what a fluke -- there is a reference to ChalkTalk. I saw it being
used at a recent presentation and never considered searching MSDN for it.
Its clunky but functional...
