We also have a utility called Search and Replace for substituting one
shape for another:

I don't know how it compares with the Sandrila product but you can see
a description for how it works at the above link and download a trial
version.
We have internal shape development tools that create "multi-shapes"
out of several regualar shapes. This means that one master can
represetn many shapes and you can change from one to the other with a
right mouse click. If you have a need for special shapes like this,
