Change Access Reports Display in Viewer

I maintain a database for our office. a few users have the full version of MS
Access 2002. However, most of the users only have MS Access 2002 Runtime
(Access Viewer). For some reason, one of our users (who has the viewer only)
has recently had problems with the reports. The font on the reports are
shrunken to an extremely small font. A report that should take up an entire
page, only takes up a small portion of the upper left-hand corner of the page.
This does not affect any other users. The same reports can be pulled from any
other computer and the reports pull up properly. I've tried un-installing and
re-installing MS Access 2002 Runtime, but the problem continues to occur. It
does not affect any other functionality of the database. The Tables, Queries,
and forms work fine. It is only the reports that have this problem and it
only occurs at one work station. Anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

I would try changing the default printer or update the drivers.
