change an org chart to PDF for emailing

when trying to convert org chart to PDF file for emailing I get an error
message that says I need a Adobe Printer. What can I do?

Which version of Visio do you have?

There are several PDF writers that act as printers so that any program can
use the software to create an Acrobat file (pdf). Originally the creation of
PDF was built into Visio 2007, but it was removed and is available as an
upgrade.
