When entering a new appointment, I sometimes decide I would rather have the
item be a task. I believe on the 'new appointment' form there should be a
way to convert the item to a task before storing it and having to either
drag/drop to tasks and delete the appointment or start over from scratch on a
new task form. This holds true for task item to appointment as well.
