Change automatic saving as "Copy of"

Hi,

I have created a Read-Only folder in which I have saved some files
(e.g. Summary 2005).
If I open these read-only files and modify them, MS Office
automatically suggests to save the modified files as "Copy of Summary
2005". And this is exactly what I want to change.
Rather than MS Office offering me "Copy of Summary 2005" I would like
the program to automatically offer "Summary 2005 (used)".

Hope anybody can help me with this!
