There are two methods to change the color scheme of the Office 2007 apps.
One is to open an app, such as Word and use
Office Button[file]=>Word Options=>Popular
and choose one of the three provided color schemes (Blue/Black/Silver).
The other, which has some side effects, is to invoke a Windows wide setting in the Accessibility choice in the Windows control panel
for high contrast display and a given theme.

The blue type on blue background is difficult to see. Is there a way to
change the look of the Office ribbons to something like black type on white
