Change background colour using formula

I am looking to change the background colour of a cell when a specifi
formula returns false. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

See Format, Conditonnal formatting
Say for instance your Formula returning false is in A1 and you wish to apply
format to B1
In B1:
Format, Conditionnal formatting
Formula is =A1=FALSE
And then apply relevant desired format

Cell Value Is
Equal to
FALSE
Format button
Select your format
OK
