Newbie alert...

I'm creating a project and want to create a new Base Calendar--- In Tools /
Change Start Time, there is no New button...

Thanks!

Michael --

The reason that you do not see a New button in the Change Working Time
dialog box is because your Project Server administrator has disallowed local
base calendars in enterprise projects. I would assume that not allowing
local base calendars in enterprise projects is one of your company's
methodologies for using Project Server. If you need a new base calendar for
your project, you should ask your Project Server administrator to create a
base calendar for you according to your specifications. Once it has been
created in the Enterprise Global, you can apply this base calendar to your
project by clicking Project - Project Information and then selecting the new
calendar. Hope this helps.

Dale:

Thanks very much... I really appreciate your time and effort.

I happen to also be the Project Server administrator--- doing a little
"baptism by fire" on a test server in preparation for a future deployment.
I'll dig into this further here...

Regards,
Michael
