change browser for website preview

I'm using Publisher 2003 and when I click website preview on my open file it
tries to open it in MS Office Picture Mgr. How do I change to view it in my
browser?

Have you saved your publication as a web page?
Have you tried opening the saved HTM file by double clicking on it?
If so and it tries to open picture manager then you need to right click on
the htm file and select "open with" and select Internet explorer of what
ever browser you use and make it the default.
