Change? Calendar 2007 w/notes template

How can I change this template to begin with Sun instead of Monday? I did not
see this option anywhere in the list of templates.

Where is this template located? Office templates? Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007? Have you checked its options? Looked for a different template?

I would like to be able to do it in Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook
2007.

I found posts about editing the calx templates by changing them to .zip
files and opening the xml files. I have been able to make minor changes to
the templates. It is very time consuming because it is all trial and error.
Does Microsoft plan on releasing any documentation on editing the CALX/XML
files (mainly what are the possible values for the many tags in the XML
files)?
