Change Case in Outlook 2007 Email

Is there a way to change case in email, as there was when Word could be used
for writing email?

Still the same as in Word. You can also click on the expand icon in right
lower corner of the Basic Text block in the Message tab.

improvement. I must say though that it should be mentioned under Help.

Putting 'change case' into the search box, the first 25 responses do not
lead one there. That's why I assumed it must be gone.

In Word 2003, you had a handy shortcut to get to the Change Case popup (Alt-O
and then E). This shortcut still exists in Word 2007, but not in Outlook
2007 Email. Is there another shortcut? We can't even pin the other
solution. Thanks in advance.
