I am running Outlook2003 SP1. All I would like to do is automatically
chnage the color of unread e-mails regardless of the source. I have
tried the customizing as follows when I am in the inbox: View>Arrange
By>Current View>Customize Current>Automatic Formatting; I check "all
unread messages" and set a font. It works on roughly 50% of the
messages. I can see no pattern in the messages that get formatted vs
those that don't. Does anyone have a thought on how I could get this
done. It worked perfectly in my previous version.
