Change color for # of items in Outlook folders

How do you change the color of the number of messages in a particular Outlook
2003 folder? I.E. Drafts [2]. I ran accross this one time, but don't
remember where I found it.

Beside the Inbox there is a number (blue by default) indicating the number of
unread messages. I believe there is a way to change the color of this
number. How is it done?

In 2007 at least, you can right click on the number itself.
Scroll down to properties and depending on whether you choose "Show th
number of unread items (blue)" or "Show the total number of item
(green)"
