Change Color of Outlook 2007

Actual the Vista Grey is better IMHO. It may be darker but at least it's
not contrasting tremendously with my desktop which is XP64 silver.

There are two color options. Blue and grey/black. Believe me, the blue is
nicer.

Is there a way to change the color of Outlook 2007? Most of the border
and window fill color is blue. The scroll bars are the only items
following my desktop scheme. I don't like the blue filling in the rest
of the application area, e.g. toolbars, to-do bar area, buttons, etc.

Same thing happens in Word 2007, all of the application\background area
is blue. I'm sure the other apps are the same way but I haven't opened
them all yet.
