Change colour for negative colums in chart

Is it possible to show columns in a column chart that have a negative value with a different colour?

I am aware (thanks to this forum!) that I can select the negative columns and change colour manually, but can this be done automatically?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The only option I know of is available in the Format> Data Series - Fill
dialog where you have a checkbox for "Invert if Negative" for both Solid &
Gradient Fills. Using a solid fill for the series only results in a white
fill for the negatives, but you can get some interesting effects if you use
a Gradient fill instead.

If you think you're preference is one that would be beneficial to others use

would be an improvement over the current features.
