Change colour of thumbnail border

Is it possible to change the colour of a thumbnail's border rather than the
bright blue default? If so, how do I do it?

The border is a hyperlink so you can either go to Format, Background and
change the hyperlink colors or you could use CSS to change the hyperlink or
border colors if you only want to affect those hyperlinks and not the whole
page.

Another suggestion is to make the border = 0 and it won't show at all then.

I tried that but I wanted a narrow border - it looks better on my page. I may
have to draw it in to the original image and hope it shows on the thumbnail.
Or learn how to use CSS...
