change content of a given cell as different cells are indicated

example: when f15 is the indicated cell, the text in c8 should read.....,
when f16 is the indicated cell, the text in c8 should read..., when f17 is
the given cell, the text in c8 should read...

What do you mean by the "indicated" cell? How is it indicated?

What text do you want to see in C8?
