T Terry Farrell Jul 17, 2009 #2 That is a function of the Printer Properties in WINDOWS. Open the Printer applet in the Control Panel, right-click on the printer Icon and select Properties. Then change the Printing Preferences, click APPLY and close the dialog.

T Terry Farrell Jul 20, 2009 #4 This will only happen if you have made the default set to landscape. Open a new document and just type in =rand() and press enter. In Print Preview, does it look portrait? Now press the PRINT icon. Does it print portrait? Terry
