Change default mail

right click on the Internet Explorer Icon, Properties ,
Programs and choose Outlook Express as your email client
there.

I can't send a link by email. It wants to use a Microsoft
Outlook Profile. Using the options / general / to make OE
my default mail does not take. Always reverts to
Microsoft Outlook. Any suggestions
