Change default names of the fields in the Contacts database of OL2003

Is there any way to change the default names of any of the fields in the
Contacts database of OL2003?

Thanks for the quick reply Sue. I am particularly interested in the field
"Children" among the Name fields. Since there is not a way to rename say
"Manager's name" to Children (which I was hoping), is there a way to have a
few select fields to show up on the final tab named "all fields"? In
particular, can I have the Children field show up there without all of the
other name fields show up?

All fields show up on the All Fields tab, under one category or another. You cannot, however, change what category a field appears under.
