Hi Mack,
I don't know of any setting that will help you, but perhaps a keyboard
stroke-recording program might help. You could record the sequence:
Alt + F + O + *.* + Enter
and assign it a keyboard shortcut. This sequence shows all files in the Open
File dialog box.
