Change Default setting of editor

I have Visio embed on a power point slide. When I double click on the embed
Visio, it activate in-Place. I would like to change that to "open". When
you go under the edit menu, you will see a Visio Object, and under that there
are three selection (Edit, Open, and Convert). I would like the Open.

I would like to use the double click of the image to open up.
