There is an annoying problem that I'm having with OL2003.
I have over 250 different subfolders "beneath" the Inbox, because I
get a lot of mail. Normally, when I create a subfolder, I manually
change its properties to "show all messages". (Right-click the folder
name in the folder list, click "properties", click "show all
messages", click OK.)
When there is a large number of subfolders, some of them may remain at
the default settings ("show only unread messages") and others are set
to the new settings ("show all messages").
Changing each of these folder properties is a chore and a half. I am
able to change each folder manually, but can the default setup
properties be changed so that the folder is created by Outlook with
the properties I need?
I don't know how to take care of this.
Thanks to anybody that can solve my problem.
