Change default Template folder in Outlook 2K3 to network drive?

I have created a few templates that I would like to put out on a network
drive so my other team members can access the same templates. However, it is
an annoyance to keep having to browse to the network drive in order to open
the template in Outlook 2003. I have not found a setting that will change the
default template location.
