Change Defaults for Shapes in Org Chart Stencil

I'd like to change the defaults for the shapes in the Org chart stencil. For
instance, I want to modify a connection point on the subordinate shape, and I
want to modify the text indentation.

How do I do this for shapes in a stencil?
