Change dictionary

Word 2007.

I've just received a document for editing, written in english on a Spanish
version of Word. (Person lives abroad).
The dictionary/proofing active within the document is Spanish
(Spain-traditional sort) which means on activating proofing, almost every
word is wiggle underlined as an error.

As the document is written in English, I would like to switch the Spanish
off, and then switch on the UK English dictionary.

I've wasted a considerable amount of time attempting to do this, even
looking at a Word reference book, but cannot accomplish what I want.

Is this possible?
If so, please, how?

Thanks
Dave

Doncha just love Sods Law...

I went away, had a coffee, then came back to the problem, and yes I
immediately found the answer... So I'm sorted.

I think the big problem with Word 2007 is the effing changed tool bar/user
interface, it's a nightmare trying to find anything now.

I guess like most things, as we learn we'll have to get used to it, but at
present it doesn't add to user efficiency, it just slows thing down.

Anyway this particular problem solved.
