Change Directory no response

Hi all
Office 2002 Excel and work , when change directory need one or two
minutes to change.
Some time display No response.

Try reinstall office 2002. Same problem.

Do you know what problem ?

Hi,

I've seen this when I switch from the hard drive to some external drive or
medium, in which case it has to read the contents before it can display them.

However, I would suggest that you post into one of the Windows news groups,
they may have some helpful feedback.

Do you have lots of mapped network drives?

If you do try disconnecting them and testing. Remember to make a note so you
can remap them later (if you want).

Thank, Try ok. Now. Delete two the mapping Linux mapped network
drives.
