Change Domain Project server 2007

all,
I want to move project server 2007 from Domain A to domain B.
but after i disconnected from domain A and join to domain B also change
identity pooling account msproject using user in domain B My project server
is error.
Cannot open central Admininistrtion.

Is there any solution how to do this without reinstalling project server?

There is a blog on blogs.msdn.com/microsoft/brismith. Excellent site
showing all the required steps to do it so. But this doesn't means
100% migration.
