change error text of message

Can I change the text of the error message. Is there a file the fpclass
directory :

fp_rs.Update
FP_DumpError strErrorUrl, "Cannot update the database"

I would say Yes, you can; I've changed code in fbdbrgn1.inc and it's
worked.
